New NADCP Guides on Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) for Treatment Courts

Check out the new NADCP & ASAM MOUD online guides to help clinicians, treatment court team members, and treatment court participants better understand medication for opioid use disorder. Sandra Springer, MD, FASAM, PI for the JCOIN Yale School of Medicine HIV specific research center, and colleagues Cara Poland, MD, Med, DFASAM and Radha Sadacharan, MD, MPH (American Society of Addiction Medicine) partnered with experts at NADCP to create the Medication for Opioid Use Disorder Guides. These guides reflect up-to-date, evidence-based information to support optimal outcomes for justice-involved individuals living with opioid use disorder. Specific guides include:
